Delivery Service - Nationally
We deliver via an outsourced courier company to the recipient's physical address throughout South Africa. Please note it is the sender's responsibility to ensure that the person will be at the said premises to receive their gift. Delivery to companies, hospitals, government buildings, etc. will be made to the relevant reception area. All orders must be signed for. Responsibility for the gift, once signed and accepted, is with the relevant person.
Subject to receipt of payment confirmation, we offer the following delivery options:
Same Day delivery to Johannesburg and Pretoria if order is placed by 10h30 (business days only)
Overnight delivery to all major centres countrywide and 1 - 3 working days delivery to all regional areas or outlying areas (more than 60km's out of a central town) if order is placed by 13h30 (business days only)
There will be no delivery service on Weekends and Public Holidays. Should you, therefore, place your order on a Friday by 13h30, it will be delivered on the following Monday (Major Centres Only) but if the order is placed after 13h30 or during the weekend, it will be processed on the Monday and delivered on the Tuesday (Major Centres Only)
Please note we cannot guarantee a delivery time on the required delivery date but the gift will be delivered during the course of the business day. Should any of the following situations arise: incorrect delivery address received from customer or no one is available to receive your gift, the gift will be returned to our offices, and we will then contact you to arrange a re-scheduled delivery. As we use the services of an outsourced courier company, please note that you will need to be charged your delivery fee again.
Our delivery charge for our all our standard sized gift baskets and gift hampers is R70.00 per gift, per delivery. Please note that the delivery charge for our bigger hampers and our wooden boxes is R100.00 or R120.00 per box, per delivery, as these are heavier items.
